Job Title: Emergency Department RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of ER experience License: Active RN license required; temporary licenses will not be accepted Certifications: PALS or ENPC, ACLS, BLS, TNCC, NIHSS required Must-Have: - Minimum 2 years of ER experience - PALS or ENPC - ACLS - BLS - TNCC - NIHSS Description: This position involves providing care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. It requires strong teamwork and communication skills. Candidates must be comfortable floating as needed. The unit uses a Meditech documentation system. Procedures performed include conscious sedation, intubations, and behavioral health watch. We prioritize a clean and professional appearance with specific dress code requirements. Nail polish must be clean, with no acrylics or longer than an inch. Hair should be off shoulders and in natural color. Visible piercings beyond ears are prohibited. Tattoo coverage is required whenever possible. All candidates must adhere to unit-specific guidelines and policies.
