Job Description:

We are seeking experienced healthcare professionals to join our urgent care team as Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months of relevant experience, proficiency with EPIC EMR, and the ability to handle high-volume adult and pediatric patient care independently. Candidates must have current Board Certification, PA Cert (PA), Family NP Cert (NP), BLS, and NC DEA license.


This position involves performing minor procedures such as I&D, lac repairs, ear irrigations, and more, with patients ranging from 6 months to adult age. Candidates should demonstrate excellent soft skills and the ability to work effectively with support staff and patients. The provider will be the sole provider at the center and must be comfortable managing all patient cases.


Please note:

• Location is local; reimbursement is only available for travel within a 60-mile radius.
• No travel or lodging reimbursement provided.
• Training and onboarding are mandatory before the first solo shift, with sessions scheduled on set Wednesdays.
• This is a locum position with a start date of 05/12/2026.
• The hourly pay rate is $1.00.

Support Staff includes a Center Manager, Medical Assistants, PSA, and Supervising Physician offsite for APP supervision.


Candidates must pass a clinical screening and EMR training prior to starting. Flexibility to support multiple locations within the specified radius is preferred.
