What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality nursing care to ER patients in a busy, dynamic environment.
Use the nursing process to assess patient needs and implement appropriate interventions.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Manage patient flow and prioritize care in a fast-paced setting.
Document patient information accurately and efficiently using electronic health records.
Demonstrate clinical judgment and adherence to safety protocols.
Support patient education and discharge planning as needed.

What You Need

Required:

Valid RN license in Louisiana or applicable state
BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience
Proficiency in computer and electronic health records systems
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

Additional certifications in clinical specialties
