Job Location: We are hiring Certified Appraisers in the following areas: Detroit and surrounding suburbs Ann Arbor and nearby communities Lansing and the greater mid-Michigan region Traverse City and the Northern Michigan area About Us Banks Valuation is a growing appraisal firm, founded and led by experienced appraisers who understand the industry firsthand. About the Position Appraisers start at 50% of the total fee for each completed appraisal report, with the opportunity to increase fee split after 90 days based on performance, reliability, and alignment with company standards. In select markets, high-performing appraisers will be considered for salaried staff appraiser roles following this period. These positions include performance-based bonuses, and health benefits to those who demonstrate consistency and align with long-term company goals.
