Primary Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Optum

Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams Perform in-office procedures (optional) Participate in quality and population health initiatives Educate and engage patients in their care Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with quality and performance incentives Sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance Generous PTO, CME time and allowance Comprehensive benefits package 401(k) with match and employee stock purchase plan Malpractice coverage with tail The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $166,500 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
