Registered Nurse RN Educator

VIBRA TRAVELS is seeking a RN Registered Nurse Educator to join our expanding network of healthcare professionals. We're looking for dependable, detail-focused travelers with experience in a healthcare setting. Minimum Qualifications:

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
• Recent hospital experience in developing, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating education programs for nursing staff and other clinical team members within the hospital.
• Certification to teach ACLS, BLS, PALS and other specialty classes may be required.
• Current, valid, and active driver's license required.
• Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.

Certificates, Licensures, Registrations:

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra Travels-approved vendor required, AHA preferred and required by some clients.
• Certification to teach ACLS, BLS, PALS and other specialty classes may be required.

Other Skills Required:

• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of nursing standards, evidence-based practice, clinical procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent teaching, coaching, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to assess learning needs and develop effective education plans.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with electronic health records, and learning management systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
