Student Ambassador Savannah Campus (work study)

Student Ambassador
The student ambassador will serve to educate prospective students throughout the recruitment process. The ambassador will be a positive representative of the college and convey optimism in attitude, conversations, and contacts always. The ambassador must have a knowledge level of all campus programs and support services.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work a minimum of 2-hour blocks
- Attend training
- Have a general knowledge of Savannah programs and support services
- Relate to a wider variety of people and can build relationships quickly
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Can troubleshoot and be agile
- Answer phones, transfer calls, and take messages
- Record, photocopy, and scan documents
- Run errands, distribute items campus wide, and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
Exhibit interpersonal skills; oral and written communication skills; strong customer service; technology/Microsoft products.
