Position: Legal Assistant Location: Atlantic City, NJ Pay Rate: $29-35/hr Looking to take the next step in your legal career? We're hiring an experienced Legal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and legal support to a busy attorney! Job Responsibilities:- Provide administrative and executive support to an attorney
- Manage calendars, appointments, deadlines, and legal documents
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence and legal filings
- Assist with Corporate, Tax, and Estate Planning matters
- Coordinate client communications
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files
- Track important deadlines and anticipate attorney needs
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
- 3+ years of Legal Assistant or Executive Assistant experience
- Corporate and Tax law experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working fully in-office
