Our outpatient office supports a collaborative culture, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to enhance client outcomes in various settings, including individual, couple, and family therapy. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy. Engage in collaborative treatment planning with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Document clinical progress and maintain accurate records that comply with legal requirements and ethical standards. Patient Population / Client Focus Your primary clients will include individuals dealing with acute stressors such as workplace conflicts, anxiety, and challenges related to personal relationships. Qualifications A Master's Degree in Professional Counseling or a related field. Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas. Minimum one year of professional counseling experience, particularly with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations. Proven experience in assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for both individuals and groups. Strong digital literacy, including competency in using various software and basic keyboarding skills. Preferred Experience Experience in managing patient cases through digital health systems or practice management software. Additional certifications or specialized training in therapeutic modalities. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record management. Compensation and Benefits De Anza Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
