Job Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of contract performance, ensuring compliance with the PWS. The Program Manager acts as the primary point of contact for the Government regarding contract execution. Manage resources, schedules, and deliverables to meet contract objectives. Lead the development and implementation of the Project Management Plan (PMP) and transition plans. Ensure timely submission of deliverables, including monthly progress reports and SLA compliance. Coordinate with the Government Lead and COR to address emerging issues and risks. Conduct regular reviews of contract performance and implement corrective actions as needed. Manage 10+ team members in helpdesk and system administration functions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex, multidisciplinary teams. Minimum 5 years of direct experience managing IT support contracts or similar projects. Alternatively, minimum 10 (or 12) years PM experience. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Active Secret Clearance. Job Title: Program Manager Location: Arlington, VA / Ft.
