Warehouse Associate / Material Handler

Overview Our client, a leading precision manufacturing company serving the energy, aerospace, defense, and industrial sectors , is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Material Handler to support daily warehouse operations and production activities at its Mansfield, TX facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional with warehouse experience, forklift certification, inventory control knowledge, and strong attention to detail . Responsibilities Receive, inspect, unload, and store incoming materials and shipments Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely Pick, stage, and prepare materials for production and outbound shipments Verify inventory, job orders, quantities, and shipping documentation Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control activities Maintain accurate records using ERP/WMS systems Collaborate with production teams to ensure materials are available when needed Inspect incoming materials for damage, shortages, and discrepancies Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards Support continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives Follow all safety policies, procedures, and quality standards Qualifications 2+ years of warehouse or material handling experience Forklift Certification (Required) Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment High School Diploma or GED Familiarity with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (SAP, Syteline, or similar) Strong inventory control, shipping, and receiving experience Basic to intermediate computer skills Mechanically inclined with the ability to use hand tools Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Benefits 401(k) with Company Match Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Stable, long-term career opportunity with a growing manufacturer If you enjoy a hands-on role, take pride in accuracy, and thrive in a manufacturing environment, we'd like to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr W3Global
