Responsibilities

Daily Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming telephone inquiries, delivering swift resolutions to agents, policyholders, and underwriters.
• Monitor, manage, and process audit mailboxes while reviewing incoming requests to allocate or own outcomes per department best practices.
• Master departmental roles, workflows, and special handling instructions to properly route or resolve complex audit transactions.
• Support overall team operations by assisting with vendor invoicing, work order generation, audit preparation, and inventory management.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high-level customer service to policyholders, agents, and internal stakeholders.
• Hands-on laptop skills utilizing Windows operating systems, spreadsheet applications, and word processing software across multiple platforms.
• interpersonal and soft skills with the capability to manage workloads cooperatively to achieve broader team goals.
