JARS Cannabis is seeking a dependable and hardworking Cultivation Janitor to support the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall upkeep of our cultivation facility. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, organized, and sanitary environment for our cultivation team and ensuring facility cleanliness standards are consistently met.

This is an active, hands-on position that requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to maintaining a clean workplace.

Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, approximately 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (schedule subject to change as the team grows)

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility
• Clean windows, doors, walls, and other facility surfaces
• Perform deep cleaning of cultivation and production areas as needed
• Clean and maintain facility drains to ensure proper sanitation and functionality
• Collect and dispose of trash and recycling throughout the facility
• Wash, dry, fold, and distribute employee uniforms and facility laundry
• Maintain janitorial supplies and notify management when inventory is low
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and compliance procedures
• Support special cleaning projects and facility maintenance needs as assigned

• Previous janitorial, custodial, sanitation, or industrial cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
