This role is critical in the restaurant because you'll:

? Ensure a memorable visit: Maintain the upkeep of customer and employee accessible areas

? Provide the supply: Unload incoming deliveries and help replenish necessary stock

? Be in the know: Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and building systems

? Lead the experience: Ensure the maintenance meets and exceeds food safety and storage standards of excellence

Requirements:

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

The Maintenance Person's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Filtering oil fryers daily

• Maintaining outside grounds

• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms

• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week-must be able to lift up to 30 pounds

• Take out and empty trash

• Change light bulbs

• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris

• Transportation to work at 5am (the buses don't come to Indian Trail until later in the day)
