Role Description The Appointment Setter role at Perfect Day Pools is a full-time, on-site position based in West Park, FL. The individual in this role will contact prospective customers, qualify interest in pool services, and schedule appointments for pool maintenance surveys. Day-to-day responsibilities include making 80-120 outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, updating customer records, and coordinating appointment scheduling. The Appointment Setter will also follow up on leads, confirm upcoming appointments, and provide clear, courteous information about services. Collaboration with the operations and service teams is essential to ensure accurate scheduling and a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling skills to manage daily calendars and coordinate service visits.
• Candidates should be upbeat and energetic. Let the prospects hear your smile.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills to identify potential customers and convert inquiries into scheduled appointments.
• Candidates should possess excellent English Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with potential customers and handle questions or concerns.
• Comfortable handling objections.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience working with CRM or scheduling software are beneficial.
• Previous experience of at least 1 year of B2B cold-calling appointment setting, call center, or administrative support role is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site full time in West Park, FL, with reliable punctuality and attention to detail.
