THE TYPE OF EVENING LPN TEAM LEAD WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

Valid Virginia LPN license
3+ years of assisted living experience

Excellent critical thinking, independent decision‑making, and strong attention to detail are preferred.

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR EVENING LPN TEAM LEAD

This is a full‑time evening nursing position, scheduled from 2 PM – 10 PM .

In this role, you'll guide the flow of each evening by administering medications with accuracy, overseeing Direct Care Staff, processing physician orders, communicating with residents and families, and responding calmly to any emergent issues that arise. Every shift, you serve as the dependable presence who ensures smooth operations, supports your team, and helps create a safe and reassuring environment for those in our community.
