- 1 overseeing Direct
- 1 overseeing Indirect

What We're Looking For:
A proactive procurement professional who can manage day-to-day purchasing while also identifying opportunities to reduce costs, improve supplier performance, and strengthen the overall procurement process. The successful candidate will be comfortable working across departments, communicating with suppliers, analyzing data, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish

Job Summary
This role will work closely with Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure reliable supply, competitive pricing, and strong supplier performance.
The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable working with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
*Purchase raw materials, packaging, finished goods, supplies, and services as needed.
*Manage supplier relationships and communicate regularly to ensure reliable delivery and service.
*Obtain and evaluate supplier quotes, RFQs, RFPs, and competitive bids.
*Identify new suppliers and opportunities to improve pricing, quality, service, and supply continuity.
*Negotiate pricing, terms, delivery, and other commercial requirements.
*Monitor inventory and purchasing needs using MRP, ERP, SAP, or similar systems.
*Work with internal teams to understand specifications, quantities, quality requirements, timelines, and business needs.
*Analyze supplier pricing, spend, market information, and other data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
*Support sourcing projects, supplier rationalization, standardization, and other procurement improvement initiatives.
*Track purchasing and sourcing activities from initial request through supplier selection, implementation, and savings realization.
*Maintain accurate purchasing, supplier, pricing, and sourcing records.
*Assist with contracts, supplier documentation, and procurement processes.
*Resolve supplier and purchasing issues and escalate problems when necessary.
*Provide backup support for scheduling and other supply chain activities as needed.

Qualifications
*3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, or a related field.
*Experience with raw materials, packaging, manufacturing, technical products, services, or indirect spend is preferred.
*Experience obtaining quotes, comparing suppliers, and negotiating pricing.
*Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems such as SAP.
*Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
*Good understanding of pricing, costs, contracts, payment terms, and supplier negotiations.
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
*Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
*Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
