We have 3 patients in High Point that could be a great fit for you. Both of these cases are open for Full Time and Part Time nurses

Schedule: Monday - Wednesday 4:45pm - 9:00pm; Sunday - Tuesday & Thursday 11:00pm - 6:45am; Saturday (any time)

Location/Setting: High Point 27260

Age Range: Child

Acuity: Trach

Schedule: Monday - Friday 4:00pm - 8:00pm; Saturday 4:00pm - 10:00pm; Monday, Wednesday & Friday 10:00pm - 7:00am

Location/Setting: High Point 27265

Age Range: Child

Acuity: G-Tube & Trach

Schedule: Monday 1:00pm - 8:00pm; Tuesday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm; Monday - Friday 11:00pm - 8:00am

Acuity: G-Tube, Trach & Vent

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Insert state-specific requirement here
• Must have reliable transportation
