Duties and responsibilities include providing a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for customers while taking orders, upholding and representing RPM and Domino's brand standards, maintaining store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards, preparing products accurately and efficiently according to company standards, delivering excellent customer service and resolving concerns with a sense of ownership, demonstrating effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, operating store equipment and tools safely and efficiently, supporting inventory organization and restocking activities, and contributing to a positive, inclusive team environment. Qualifications include being 21 years of age or older with at least 2 years driving experience, a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, a dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle, strong communication and basic math skills, a positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude, and the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Physical demands and working conditions include the ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces, ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance, frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing, ability to work at stations 36"48" high and reach shelves up to 72", operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools, and for delivery roles: ability to drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
