Responsibilities

Provide technical support for safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations
Design and implement robust manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability
Lead capital projects from scope definition through execution, including FAT/SAT and qualification activities
Apply Process Safety Management principles and lead Process Hazard Analyses to identify and mitigate risks
Drive automation, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
7+ years experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing
Demonstrated expertise with capital project execution and lifecycle management
Hands-on experience with Process Safety Management programs and hazard analysis methodologies
Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as Minitab or JMP
Solid background in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
Strong root cause analysis and CAPA problem-solving capabilities

Compensation: $91,700–$135,000 base
