Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team at a well-established walk-in clinic in Birmingham, Alabama . This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates or experienced providers looking for a stable, outpatient-only role with an outstanding work-life balance and a supportive clinical environment.
Position Highlights- 100% Outpatient Practice No hospital responsibilities
- Predictable Schedule:
- Monday Friday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM 1:00 PM (optional/rotational)
- No Nights. No Call.
- One Weekday Off for added flexibility and work-life balance
- Flexible Employment Options 1099 or W-2

Our clinic specializes in:
- Musculoskeletal care
- Urgent orthopedic conditions
- General outpatient and walk-in services
This role offers the opportunity to practice in a fast-paced yet well-supported setting , allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality patient care without hospital duties or on-call responsibilities.
Ideal Candidate- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- New graduates welcome; experience in urgent care, orthopedics, or primary care is a plus
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in an outpatient setting
- Comfortable working in a walk-in clinic environment
- Spanish-speaking is required - 99% of patient population are Spanish speaking
- Interest in long-term growth and team collaboration
