About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Accountant with 3–5 years of experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. This role offers exposure to multiple clients, industries, and complex accounting scenarios while building strong client-facing and leadership skills.

What You’ll Do:

Client-Facing & Advisory

• Build strong relationships with multiple clients and act as an extension of their team
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax professionals
• Support financial forecasting and provide insights to leadership

Financial Reporting & Accounting

• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Support and lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Consult on complex accounting and financial reporting matters

Leadership & Team Development

• Review work of Staff Accountants and provide coaching and guidance
• Assist in training and developing junior team members
• Ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables before submission to leadership

Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to accounting processes
• Help implement standardized GAAP procedures across client engagements

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience (public accounting, corporate, or consulting)
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles
• Experience with financial reporting, general ledger, and month-end close
• Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience reviewing or mentoring junior staff preferred
• CPA or CMA is a plus (nice to have, not required)
