Case Mix and Work Environment

Our diverse case mix includes:

• General Surgery
• Orthopedics
• OB/GYN
• ENT
• Plastic Surgery
• Urology

Please note that we do not handle complex pediatrics, burns, or transplant cases. This position is hospital-employed under a W2 arrangement.

Our team of physicians and CRNAs operates in a highly collaborative atmosphere characterized by mutual respect and a shared commitment to patient care. We utilize a supervision model with a maximum ratio of 4:1.

Work Schedule

CRNAs are expected to work 1,760 hours annually to maintain a full-time equivalent (FTE) status. Both call and no-call options are available.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited CRNA program
• Certification from the National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
• Active Idaho CRNA license and privileges at our medical center and affiliated hospitals as necessary
• Valid controlled substance registration with the Board of Pharmacy and DEA
