What You'll Do

• Provide coverage in Level III-IV NICUs affiliated with high-risk delivery services and Special Care Nurseries
• Collaborate with Neonatologists to deliver quality neonatal care
• Work evening shifts alongside Neonatologists, participating in deliveries and NICU patient management
• Support 24/7 coverage of Level II nurseries with in-house NNP and Neonatologist rounds
• Assist in emergency situations and participate in patient care planning
• Care for all infants in assigned NICUs, ensuring safety and compliance
• No transport duties required

What You Need

• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Board Certified; FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications not accepted
• Minimum 2+ years of NNP experience preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to patient-centered neonatal care
