RN/LPN Extended Hours - Weekend Part-Time

Hospice NurseWe are looking for compassionate and dedicated RNs/LPNs to provide exceptional hospice care during extended weekend hours. This position is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about supporting patients and families and helping them navigate the end-of-life journey with comfort, dignity, and compassion.Part-time weekend positionSaturday and Sunday6:00 AM–6:00 PMDriving position serving patients throughout ColumbusMust be comfortable driving in varying weather and road conditionsWeekend availability is requiredProvide individualized nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, care planning, interventions, implementation, and evaluation.Assess patient needs and respond appropriately to changes in condition.Communicate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.Provide compassionate care focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life.Maintain professional nursing standards and follow hospice care practices.Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient and family needs.Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Active Ohio RN or LPN license in good standing with no current board actions.BSN preferred for RN candidates.Two years of acute-care nursing experience preferred.Current CPR certification.Hospice and Palliative Care certification (CHPN) preferred.
