Part-time Day Cleaning Position in Japer/Lowell OR

Job Description

WE ARE A PREMIER JANITORIAL COMPANY FOR THE GREATER AREAS OF SPRINGFIELD AND EUGENE OF OREGON AND WE ARE SEEKING A GREAT CANDIDATE FOR OUR LOCATION IN THE JASPER/LOWELL AREA WHICH IS JUST OUTSIDE OF SPRINGFIELD.

*Position Details:

Monday through Friday - routine starting at 9:00am - 4 hours per day.

Starting pay rate: $16.75 per hour - pay raise after 30 days with a good evaluation.

*Job Description:

general cleaning
trash removal
vacuuming
mopping floors
kitchen/lunch room cleaning
restroom cleaning
dusting
restocking supplies and recepticles

**Requirements:

Must be reliable and dependable
Detail oriented
Comfortable working around people
Must have reliable transportation, drivers license, car insurance, and cell phone
Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
This is a physical job, must be able to bend up & down frequently
Work with a 10 pound vacuum backpack
Must work efficiently
Must pass a background check
