Belcrest Vacations is growing, and we're looking for an HR Generalist who loves the people side of HR but also knows how to keep the details from falling through the cracks.

This is a hands on role with plenty of variety. You'll support employees and leaders across our portfolio of vacation rental brands and play an important part in creating a consistent, positive employee experience.

What you'll own

• New hire onboarding from offer acceptance through Day 1 readiness

• Employee offboarding, exit interviews, and required documentation

• Background checks, I 9s, E Verify, and HR compliance records

• Day to day employee questions and HR support

• Employee engagement surveys, recognition programs, and events

• Coordination of key People meetings, projects, and action items

• Partnership with General Managers and HR leadership across multiple brands

A little about the setup

This is a remote position , but we're specifically looking for someone who lives within a reasonable commuting distance of Cincinnati and can be available locally when needed.
