Physician - Hematology Oncology Robbinsdale

North Memorial is seeking a Hem/Onc Locum to start as soon as credentialed!

Practice Setting: Inpatient coverage only.
Dates of Coverage: Needed by end of January at the latest. Needed for a minimum of nine month
Call Schedule: 5 pm to 8 am - Call volumes low - average 1-2 calls per night
Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult
Average Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL (Call/Rounding): 10+
Trauma Level/Designation (Hospital): Level 1
Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 3-4 months (must have MN license)
Required Procedures:
Mgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters- assessment of port integrity and Chemotherapy - Intrathecal
North Memorial does not reimburse for credentialing costs or application fees.

ABMS Board Certified Hematology/Oncology - Required
MN State License- Required
