Critical Access Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Critical Access Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing excellent patient care. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering quality nursing services in a critical access setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, ensuring timely interventions when necessary.
• Facilitate effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in educational programs and staff meetings to enhance professional development.
• Promote a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the applicable state.
• Previous experience in critical access or acute care settings preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Current BLS/CPR certification; additional certifications may be preferred or required.
