CVS Health is seeking a Medicaid Prior Authorization Pharmacist to support our Medicaid PA program. This fully remote role is open to qualified candidates across the United States and requires active AZ and/or TX pharmacist licensure, with a plan to obtain the other license within 90 days. The position features a 40-hour work week (Mon–Fri with a 10:00 am–6:30 pm AZ time shift), eligibility for CVS Health bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision #J-18808-Ljbffr 4004 Aetna Medicaid Administrators
