Dealership Service Assistant Job Summary
Are you a responsible, reliable car lover with a good driving record and a positive attitude? One of our open dealership service porter jobs may be a fit for you! We are looking for an enthusiastic, safe driver who can help manage the service stalls in our parking lot by picking up customer vehicles, upholding car dealership display standards, cleaning cars, and handling customer service requests. Our ideal candidate for this car porter role will maintain a professional appearance and greet our customers with a smile. Interested applicants should apply today!
Dealership Service Porter Responsibilities- Manage vehicle flow in our service stalls, service lane, service drive, and within the auto group parking lot.
- Work with the auto group service advisor to complete tasks such as keeping track of key tasks, cleaning cars, driving vehicles from service stalls, following dealership display standards, fielding customer requests, and other assigned duties
- Ensure customer vehicles are ready for return after service department repairs
- Clean parking lot, service stalls, and other vehicle areas when needed
- Positive attitude
- High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Candidates are required to pass a background check
- Great customer service and communication skills are necessary
