Job Description
The Lead HVAC Installer oversees the installation of residential and commercial HVAC systems, managing a small team of 1-3 members. This role demands strong technical expertise, safety compliance, and effective leadership to ensure high-quality system installation and maintenance while maintaining excellent customer relations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate HVAC system installations for residential and commercial properties
- Supervise and mentor a small installation team of 3-5 members
- Ensure quality assurance and adherence to safety standards on all projects
- Perform technical troubleshooting and problem-solving during installations
- Maintain equipment and tools for optimal performance
- Manage direct customer interactions to address concerns and provide project updates
- Ensure all team members comply with safety regulations and company policies
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
- Technical certification in HVAC or a related field
- HVAC Technician License
- EPA Refrigerant Certification
- Proven knowledge of HVAC system installation and safety standards
- Strong problem-solving and team leadership skills
- Excellent customer service and time management abilities
