Shift Lead, Restaurant Operations & Guest Experience
Ontario Trillium Foundation
The Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a Shift Leader in West Des Moines, Iowa. This role is responsible for overseeing all restaurant activities to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction. You will train team members, enforce company standards, and lead by example.
