HR Generalist - Employee-Owned Firm, Benefits & Compliance

Absher Construction in Puyallup, WA seeks an experienced Human Resources Generalist to own benefits, leave administration, HRIS management, onboarding, compliance, employee relations and investigations. You will help implement ADP Workforce Now and optimize HR processes across the organization.
You will partner with Payroll, support engagement initiatives, and advise leaders on performance, documentation and policy matters while upholding Absher’s values and federal/state requirements.
