Job Roles and Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Manage and grow existing client accounts

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored printing solutions

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client lifecycle

Qualifications and Certifications

Proven experience in lead generation and account management

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Excellent customer service abilities

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience in the printing industry is required

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
