Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview Responsible for managing store employees and overseeing all store operations, including staffing, training, inventory, merchandising, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Recruit, select, train, evaluate, and retain qualified staff while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Manage store opening and closing procedures, staffing levels, and safety standards. Analyze financial statements to identify sales trends, control expenses, and minimize shrinkage. Order inventory to meet or exceed stock targets, oversee merchandise presentation, and maintain accurate inventory levels. Ensure cash handling accuracy, security, and adherence to cash control procedures. Lead customer service initiatives and maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment. Follow company policies, complete documentation, and manage store tools and equipment. Qualifications & Skills Ability to interpret operational documents and perform mathematical calculations. Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising practices. Effective communication, interpersonal, organization, and problem-solving skills. Experience in retail management preferred; high school diploma or equivalent recommended. Bilingual skills may be advantageous. Physical & Working Conditions Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 55 pounds. Use of various equipment and occasional outdoor exposure.
