Kebab aur Sharab is Chef Salil Mehta and Chef Dipesh Shinde's ode to the rich culinary history of Northern India. The bar team executes a cocktail program crafted with this history in mind and supports the busy restaurant in all aspects of beverage service.
Bartender position will hire an experienced professional available part time to full time . Bartender position requires:- 2 years' experience required in a fine dining or equivalent environment
- ability to work an 8 hour shift
- availability on Sundays
- able to make cocktails to specification
- engaging and warmly hospitable with guests
- ability to work in a clean and organized manner
- excellent communication and team skills
- knowledge of north Indian cuisine a plus
- wine knowledge a plus
- willingness to learn and become an expert in Kebab aur Sharab's beverage and culinary programs
