Sr Chemical Engineer

Job Summary A prominent manufacturing company in the Baltimore area is seeking a Sr Chemical Engineer to join their team. This is a hands‑on, plant‑based role that reports to the Technical Director. Location: Jessup, Maryland. Job Type: Permanent. Salary: $165,000 – $180,000 per year. Work Hours: 8am to 4pm. Education: Bachelors. Responsibilities Insure that safety is the number one priority in all Pourline department activities and that all safety procedures are followed by all members of the Pourline team. Monitor daily production and supervise the pour line hourly workforce as part of the training process. Adjust formulas as needed to maintain product within specifications. Conduct trials to develop new and improved manufacturing processes and foam formulations. Troubleshoot equipment problems and solve process issues. Qualifications Experience level: Experienced. Education: Bachelors. Skills Engineering.
