As a Series C funded organization, they are poised for significant growth and are looking for passionate individuals to join their team.What You Will DoDevelop and maintain scalable applications using TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to build new products and features from concept to launch.Optimize application performance and scalability by balancing frontend and backend tradeoffs.Lead architectural discussions to design modular and maintainable systems.Drive initiatives beyond assigned tasks, contributing to the overall product vision and strategy.Measure and demonstrate the impact of your work on revenue growth and customer retention.Mentor junior engineers and elevate team standards through code reviews and knowledge sharing.Ideal Candidate Background5+ years of hands-on experience in fullstack development, with strong expertise in TypeScript.Proven experience with React, Next.js, and Vue, demonstrating the ability to scale production applications.Solid backend experience with Node.js and MongoDB, capable of designing scalable systems.A track record of building new products or features from the ground up, showcasing measurable commercial impact.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges in fast-paced environments.PreferredExperience working in early-stage startups or scale-ups, rather than solely in large tech companies.Familiarity with AWS and other cloud services to enhance application deployment and management.A proactive mindset, eager to take ownership of projects and drive innovative solutions.Compensation and BenefitsThe base salary for this role ranges from $190K to $220K, complemented by a generous pre-IPO equity package.
