No Patients Per Shift: 10-12 Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes Fellowship: Preferred Minimum Board Certification: Certified What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in WA or IMLC Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 90 Days This is an Outpatient Movement Disorders need. This clinic primarily sees tremor (motor + non-motor), ataxia, dystonia, and other specific Movement Disorders diagnosis. Experience or certification in this specific specialty is needed. Botox administration is preferred but not required. Preferably looking for one full time provider
