Overview Williamsbridge Center is actively seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Bronx, NY . Now offering a $5,000 Sign-on bonus!! Base rate is $33.54 with an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights. Responsibilities Collect information from new Residents to be admitted. Record health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature. Administer medications and injections to Residents as needed. Treat wounds and bedsores as needed. May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Help Residents get dressed and take care of personal hygiene. Monitor Residents' food and liquid intake and output. Qualifications Must be able to work as a team member. Valid LPN State license. Must be in good standing with State Registry.
