Operations Logistics and Routing Coordinator

WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Logistics and Routing Coordinator. Responsibilities Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics including routing efficiency, customer service frequency, container optimization. Problem‑solving skills to take quick and decisive action to optimize routes in an efficient manner. Effective oral communication skills to collaborate with local operations teams, drivers, and other internal customers. Familiarity with logistics routing software. Ability to think outside the box when spotting opportunities for improvement. In‑depth knowledge of routing efficiency and optimization. Must be able to provide customer support for routing issues. Responsible for reporting and root‑causing sequence compliance opportunities. Must be able to receive feedback and work closely with local site leadership for continuous improvement. Responsible for maintaining routes including adding/removing stops. Additional tasks may be assigned by their direct supervisor. Ride along with drivers to understand routing opportunities, efficiencies, and container optimizations. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI is preferred. Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co‑workers and management. Qualifications 2+ years of relevant experience in routing and dispatching. Ability to learn at a fast pace with initiative. Ability to interpret data effectively.
