Supervisor/Key Holder

About the Role As a Supervisor, you will support the management team in growing our company brand, manage store operations, build a sales and service culture, and deliver best‑in‑class service. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming, knowledgeable store atmosphere. Supervise, train, and develop team members, enhancing product knowledge and sales skills. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to alcohol sales and maintain a safe store environment. Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards across the store. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). 1‑3 years of experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within retail. Strong interpersonal skills and a team‑player mindset. Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers. Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Physical Requirements Must be 21years of age or older. Walk, bend, and stand for 8‑10hours a day. Safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets. Climb ladders and lift 50lbs overhead repeatedly. May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday.
