About the Role:
Join A&D Smoothies, LLC as an Assistant Manager and be a vital part of our team in Live Oak, TX! This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead our passionate staff and ensure our customers enjoy the freshest, healthiest smoothies around.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Manager in daily operations and staff management.
Train and mentor team members to provide exceptional customer service.
Oversee inventory management and ensure product quality.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently.
Implement promotional activities and maintain store presentation.
Monitor financial transactions and assist with cash management.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Foster a positive work environment and team collaboration.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in food service.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry.
Proficiency in basic financial management and reporting.
Passion for healthy living and customer satisfaction.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
