We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, energetic, and leadership-driven individual to step into our Front Desk Team Lead position.

This is NOT simply a front desk coverage role.

This is a leadership position responsible for helping drive:

Position Overview

The Front Desk Team Lead acts as the operational leader of the front desk department while working closely with ownership and management to ensure systems, standards, and member experience are consistently executed at a high level.

You should think of the front-end experience as your responsibility and take ownership over improving the department every week.

Schedule & Requirements

• Minimum 30 hours per week required
• Minimum 5 front desk shifts weekly
• Leadership/admin hours required weekly
• Some evenings and Saturdays required
• Must be dependable, organized, and responsive

Compensation Structure

Hourly Pay

• Front Desk Hours: Starting at $16.50/hour
• Leadership/Admin Hours: Starting at $17.50/hour

Commission Opportunities

• Commission Opportunities Available for Memberships and Programs Sold

Leadership Bonus Opportunities

• Monthly performance bonuses up to $350/month
• Quarterly leadership bonuses up to $250/quarter

Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and support Front Desk Associates
• Assist with onboarding and training
• Help maintain accountability and standards
• Assist with front desk meetings and evaluations
• Communicate effectively with management

Member Experience & Sales

• Manage leads and appointment flow inside GLM
• Confirm appointments and follow-ups
• Conduct cancellation appointments
• Support membership sales and retention
• Help improve show rates and conversions

Operations & Organization

• Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization
• Ensure systems and checklists are completed
• Handle inventory and supply ordering
• Manage overdue account follow-up
• Assist with reporting and operational tasks

Marketing & Community

• Assist with social media coordination
• Create member spotlight opportunities
• Help with promotions and outreach campaigns
• Support community engagement initiative
