Our Birmingham office is looking for an ambitious Sales Representative who wants to develop beyond individual production and learn how to build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.

This opportunity is for someone who understands that leadership isn't about having a title. It's about producing results, setting the standard, developing people, and creating a team that can perform without you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Generate sales through face-to-face customer interactions
• Learn and master our sales process
• Build relationships with customers and team members
• Help recruit and train new sales representatives
• Lead by example through your own production
• Develop team members through coaching and accountability
• Learn how to run team meetings and development sessions
• Track individual and team performance
• Help create a competitive, high-performance team culture
• Earn additional responsibility through consistent performance
