Must Haves:
Looking for a senior Devops engineer
Someone who has past experience working on large scale system (any other Bank or financial Domain) - How distributed system work, how to maintain across the servers
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
Proficient in Linux and Unix
Strong Devops skills
Good experience in CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge with High availability and Disaster recovery
AWS is needed but not must have
Scripting and coding experience is a plus
The person who has worked as application as environment as whole
Someone who has worked on uplifting of the application.



Job Description:

• Expert in Dev Ops Engineering and design technique as well as experience working across large environments with multiple operating systems/infrastructure for large-scale programs (e.g., Expert Engineers) starting to be firm-wide resources working on projects across Client
• Is multi-skilled with expertise across software development lifecycle and toolset
• May be recognized as a leader in Agile and cultivating teams working in Agile frameworks
• Sought out as coach for at least one technical skill
• Strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, resiliency, security
• Stays abreast of cutting-edge technologies/trends and uses experience to influence application of those technologies/trends to support the business; may give speeches and outside the firm, writes articles

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• 5 plus years of software engineering experience across the full software development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Linux, REST APIs, Spring Boot, Node.js, SQL, and core algorithms.
• Experience with large-scale, distributed applications in mission-critical environments.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging APIs (e.g., JMS).
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices: CI/CD, automated testing (TDD), resiliency, and application security.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of delivering results in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
• Awareness of industry technology trends and best practices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jules and Jenkins; manage release processes and automation.
• Automate application deployment, monitoring, and operational tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell).
• Lead and support release rollouts, including Level 3 production support and incident resolution.
• Drive end-to-end testing, covering both functional and non-functional aspects (performance, security, reliability).
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end business flows and the technology stack supporting the Equities OMS.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to business partners, technical teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Influence product design, application architecture, and operation
