Sr. Equipment Rental Specialist

Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Overview Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to serve as the company's front‑line contact with customers, understanding equipment needs and negotiating and placing orders for construction and industrial equipment. Responsibilities Support telephone and walk‑in customers with equipment rentals. Understand and assess customer equipment needs. Negotiate pricing and place orders efficiently. Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation. Deliver customer satisfaction with a professional, courteous attitude at all times. Qualifications High School diploma or GED required. Valid driver’s license required. Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools and equipment. Previous experience in the equipment rental industry preferred. Strong customer service and telephone skills. Solid computer and administrative skills. Completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred. Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations. Physical Demands Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more; work indoors and outdoors as required.
