ROGO Fastener Co., Inc. has been serving the automotive and industrial markets for over 34 years. We are looking for experienced, motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team.

This is a true field outside sales position . You will spend your day on the road visiting customers, building relationships, developing new business, and managing your own territory.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage and grow an assigned sales territory
• Visit automotive, industrial, maintenance, and commercial accounts
• Develop new accounts while growing existing business
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Demonstrate and sell ROGO's fasteners, chemicals, shop supplies, and related products
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions
• Work independently while being supported by an experienced sales organization

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are especially interested in candidates with long-term outside or route sales experience , particularly in:

• Automotive
• Industrial / MRO
• route sales
• Other relationship-based field sales

The ideal candidate is:

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Confident communicating with customers
• Driven to build and grow a territory
• Comfortable spending the day on the road
• Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Experienced in developing and maintaining customer relationships

Automotive or mechanical knowledge is a plus.
