Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a dynamic contract position as a Speech-Language Pathologist, working 35 hours a week with a vibrant elementary student community. Take on a fulfilling caseload that focuses primarily on students with moderate articulation goals. This role is designed for a skilled SLP-CCC passionate about helping children communicate with confidence and clarity. Enjoy collaborating closely with an onsite SLPA to support the success and growth of each student.

Desired Background & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Valid state licensure for speech-language pathology
• School-based experience preferred, especially with elementary-aged children
• Grasp of moderate articulation interventions and best practices
• Strong collaborative spirit for working alongside an SLPA

Primary Duties:

• Conduct speech, language, and articulation assessments for assigned students
• Develop and implement IEPs targeting communication goals
• Deliver direct therapy in individual and group settings within the elementary environment
• Consult and collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and the onsite SLPA to maximize student progress
• Monitor, document, and report on student progress toward IEP objectives
• Participate in eligibility, progress, and multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
• Stay up-to-date with professional development relevant to school-based speech services
